Photo & Image Release

By submitting photographs, images, or videos ("Content") to Abbey Glass & Lock ("we", "us"),
you agree to the following:

1. Grant of Rights. You grant Abbey Glass & Lock a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide,
royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish,
display, and distribute the Content in any media now known or later developed,
including but not limited to websites, social media, digital and print
advertising, brochures, catalogs, and trade-show materials.

2. No Compensation. You understand that no payment, royalty, or other
consideration is owed for this use, and that no further approval will be
requested before the Content is used.

3. Ownership & Authority. You represent that you own the Content or have the
right to grant this license, and that the Content does not infringe the rights
of any third party. If other people appear in the Content, you confirm you
have their permission to submit it.

4. No Obligation. We are not obligated to use any Content and may decline or
remove it at our discretion.

5. Withdrawal. You may ask us to stop using the Content in future materials at
any time by emailing [email protected]; we will remove it from new uses within a
reasonable time. Already-published materials may remain as produced.
